How can I manage my subscription(s)?

We can always help you manage your subscription via support.knitcrate.com.

You can also manage many aspects of your subscription through your Store Account.

 

Accounts cannot be consolidated, so if you create one account with an email address (e.g., janedoe@email.com) and another using a different email address (e.g., doejane@email.com) you will need to maintain separate accounts.
