How do I update my billing information?
To update your billing information, log into your account. From there, click the "Manage My Subscriptions" link in your dashboard on the left-hand side. Then go to "Billing Information" which can also be found on the left-hand side. Then under "Card on File" click "Update Card" on the right-hand side.
Recurring payments are always billed on the first of the month, so be sure to have accurate information on file and sufficient funds in your account prior to the first in preparation for the upcoming month.
If payment isn’t successful on our first try, we'll make several more attempts to collect payment for the first few weeks of the month.
