What if I want to change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address at any time by logging into your account.

To update the address your subscription crate is shipped to - click on "Manage My Subscriptions" then click edit next to the subscription address you'd like to update.

To update the address that your shop orders are shipped to - click on "My Account Info" then update your address there.

If you've moved and would like to change your address across the board, be sure to follow both sets of instructions above. This will ensure that both your crates and shop orders are shipped to your new address. If you only update one, and not the other - our system will assume this was done intentionally.

If you need help changing your shipping information, contact us and we'll take care of it for you!

 

NOTE: All address changes must be made before the 1st of the month to be effective for that current month.
