How does shipping work?

We’re currently shipping to the U.S. (including its territories, PO Boxes, and APO, DPO, and FPO boxes) and worldwide.

In the U.S., shipments are currently sent via Globegistics and the U.S. Postal Service. For our international orders, shipments are sent from the U.S. via Globegistics or IBC. /

Subscriptions:

For all of our subscriptions, the shipping price is already included in the subscription price. This includes both domestic and international subscription orders.
Our domestic subscription shipments will leave our warehouse approximately mid-month (unless we communicate otherwise), and usually arrive 7-10 business days after they ship. If your shipment does not arrive between 7-10 business days and/or tracking has not updated, please contact us so we can replace your shipment. For non-continental U.S. states and territories, your delivery times may take a bit longer. 

Our international subscription shipments will leave our warehouse approximately mid-month (unless we communicate otherwise), and delivery time can vary due to customs and location. If your shipment does not arrive within 3-4 weeks and/or tracking has not updated, please contact us so we can replace your shipment.

 

Shop:

The shipping fee for Shop are calculated using real-time carrier fees. This is reflected on the checkout summary page before you  place your order.

All Shop orders will leave our warehouse within 3 business days. For domestic orders, shipments will arrive within 3-5 business days after they ship. For non-continental U.S. states and territories, your delivery times may take a bit longer. For international Shop orders, if your shipment does not arrive within 3-4 weeks and/or tracking has not updated, please contact us so we can replace your shipment.
