Why is my shipment taking an indirect route?

All major carriers use a hub-and-spoke system to deliver packages. This means that when shipments leave our warehouse, they go to the nearest hub regardless of their final destination. They are sorted into delivery zones, and then start their journey to you from there. Unfortunately, once your package leaves our facilities, we do not have any way to control the route your package takes to get to you. If your package is ever lost in transit, please email us by clicking here.

How did we do?
