Can I pick the date you bill me for my subscription?
Unfortunately, you can not. Our billing system is automatically set up to bill all active members on the first of the month. If your charge does not go through on the first day of the month, our system will make 8 attempts to charge you. If the charge is not successful after the 8 attempts, the account will expire.
If you need to be billed later in the month, you can always skip the month by logging into your account before you're scheduled to be billed. Once you're ready to be billed, please email us directly to email@example.com and we will manually bill you.
