How can I track my shipment?

We will send an email with tracking information once your order has been prepared. Once you have received your tracking email please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to be updated by the shipping carrier.  

For international shipments, you will also receive an email with tracking information from one of our international shipping carrier partners (Globegistics or IBC). Please note that your shipments tracking may be limited while in transit. 

If you have yet to or never received a tracking email, please be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders, and then mark info@knitcrate.com as a safe sender. If you're unable to retrieve your tracking email, send our Customer Service team an email at info@knitcrate.com so we can help you out!

 

For domestic shipments, enter your USPS tracking number:

For international shipments, enter your tracking number in either Globegistics or IBC's tracking portals.
